Air Starters
Air starters are intended for use on internal combustion egines and gas turbines.For their size and weight , these are extremely powerful high speed , low air consumption , and low mintanence starters with a high torque.Also these can be operated at pressures ranging from 0.6 to 3 Mpa ( 6-30 Bar ) and hence they can be used for low capacity air recievers. The minimum working pressure depends on installation conditions. The prompt response and high speed of the starters ensure the engine attains it ignition speed very quickly , thereby increasing the efficiency of the starting operation.
These air starters dont need any external lubrication, avoiding the need for external pump lubricators and obtaining a cleaner and more ecological installation which is easier to maintain as a result.
